The Client

Personal Progress

Personal Progress is a private personal training studio focused on helping members build strength, confidence, and long-term fitness through expert coaching and a supportive environment.

The goal of this campaign was to promote a new Women’s Strength Sessions offering, generate local awareness, and drive consultations with potential members.

The Strategy

A targeted Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaign was launched to promote the new sessions.

The campaign focused on:

• A short-form video ad showcasing the training environment
• Messaging focused on strength, confidence and community
• Targeting local women interested in fitness and strength training
• Direct lead form and messaging options to encourage enquiries

The goal was to generate high-quality local leads rather than simply maximise reach.

The Challenge

While Personal Progress already had a strong reputation with existing members, awareness of the new women’s sessions was limited.

The key challenge was to:

  • Reach women locally who were interested in strength training

  • Communicate the supportive, welcoming environment of the sessions

  • Convert interest into consultations and sign-ups

Key Results

With a modest budget of £34.32, the campaign delivered strong visibility and engagement over the course of a week.

The Impact

The campaign successfully:

  • Increased awareness of the new women’s sessions locally

  • Generated high-quality leads from the target audience

  • Converted interest into real memberships

It also reinforced Personal Progress’s positioning as a welcoming and supportive environment for women starting or progressing their strength training journey.

The next phase of growth includes continuing to promote women’s strength sessions, expanding group training offerings and launching additional targeted campaigns to grow the gym’s membership base.

I run a successful private gym and was keen to launch a new service out with my typical offerings to optimise floor space and grow, but had no idea how to take it to market or bring in customers for it, let alone the time to try or see if we could figure it out.

We spoke with a few 'agencies' and decided to work with Katie due to the passion and knowledge she displayed along with a genuine approach and the full turnkey approach to making sure the launch was successful and landed right in the market.

Katie took time and took everything onboard and everything we wanted it to be, then turned it into a launch campaign, with videos, reels, posts and ads that represented the business and service so accurately whilst getting the service way more leads and interest than we thought possible. From the detailed plans, as to how the launch would run, to knowing what videos and reels we need, where to stand and the copy and colours that work best, we literally didn't have to do anything other than give the info and let Katie work her magic.

From a concept to being executed, the key thing was making sure we could sell the service, and the quality and effectiveness of the marketing was clear. Our visibility, story and offer Katie put into the social media platforms for the business made sure it worked and we got the customers in the door.

Really glad we made the right decision and trusted Katie on this as it paid for itself in the first month alone whilst taking all the stress away from the biz and allowed us to focus on the product and service for the customer.
